If you wish to modify your order—whether to change a colour, add a detail, or discuss other possible adjustments—please email us at oliviascottage@hotmail.com with your order number. We will strive to accommodate your request whenever possible. Please keep in mind that while colour changes or switching eyes on the stuffed toys between embroidered and safety options incur no extra charge, more significant alterations may involve additional costs. To ensure a smooth process, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is processed and shipped. Please provide your order number and specific update details in the email to help us assist you promptly and efficiently.

Are the toys designed to ensure they are completely safe for babies to use and enjoy?

All my items are customizable for maximum safety. Embroidered eyes are preferred for baby toys, and the tags on the clothing easily come off. Buttons are sewn on tightly and carefully, and all toys are low-sew—parts can't fall off or be pulled off easily. Your little one’s safety and comfort are always my top priority! Are you able to accommodate bulk orders? For instance, could you provide gifts for a large number of attendees at an event or perhaps for charitable donations?
